I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent stay at your hotel, from the 10th to the 12th of October.
Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the expectations I had based on the reviews and the reputation of your establishment. Firstly, I was assigned a room that did not match the description on your website. The room was much smaller than advertised and lacked the basic amenities I had specifically requested. Additionally, the air conditioning system in the room was faulty, causing discomfort throughout my stay.
Given the inconvenience caused by these issues, I feel it would be appropriate to request compensation for the substandard service provided. I would appreciate it if you could consider offering a refund for part of my stay or a discount on my next visit.
I trust you will look into these matters and take the necessary steps to ensure future guests do not encounter similar problems.
