Dear Sir,

I am writing with reference to my hotel stay at your facility last weekend. As a result, I would like to share my experience about a few aspects during my stay.

The overall time I spent at the hotel was lovely. In particular, the service level of the staff was outstanding, and I was completely satisfied with the way I was treated from the time of check-in. In addition to that, the food quality, the range of spreads, and the variety was excellent.

However, I wish to bring to your notice, about the poor car park facility of your hotel. The parking lot that was offered to me was not fully covered, which I requested considering the bad weather. As a result, there was minor damage to my vehicle. Furthermore, the swimming pool was not completely clean, and I felt uncomfortable while using the same. Therefore, please take required measures to maintain the pool and ensure cleanliness.
