Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to report the problems with a new laptop I recently purchased from your store.

I was satisfied and had a huge believe about this laptop due to your fame at first; however, it suddenly had problems after being used for only two weeks. What I find struggle is the screen being lagged, although I carefully tought whenever I used it.

Currently, I am a high-school student, and it is actually important to have a laptop with my studying. After this mistake happened, I faced a lot of challenges such as waiting for half an hour to dowload a file instead of a few minutes beforehand.

Due to this explanation, I would like to exchange this by a new one with the same function. My tasks are so much, so you can send me after a few days.
