I am Clint Rico Ebanen, I purchased a laptop last time at your computer shop. I am writing this letter to give a feedback about the issue I encounter after I got it.
Firstly, after I bought the laptop and going to the office were I work, I notice the cover under it has a crack after I open the box, and when turn it on there was a buzzing sound coming from the bottom.
Then, I notice the issue right away since I was graduate at Computer Science in my college, I tried the restart method but there are no improvements. I almost unscrew the back but remembered that it has a insurance if the seal at the back is not damage. Is it possible I can return it in your shop and you can check it your self since I still have the warranty of the device. I have also the video of the unboxing as proof.
I am hoping for our collaboration and kind consideration about in this matter.
