I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the condition of the laptop, which I purchased from your online store yesterday.
Laptop is the latest model of QRS brand. Its color is dark blue and there is a silver color company logo on the back. The screen of the laptop is 0,5 inch.
At first, I didn’t notice any visible damages on the box of the item when I received it. However, after unpacking it, I found out a lot of tiny scratches on the back of the laptop. Also, it was put in the box without a protection plastic bag and its charger was located on top of the laptop without any separation. Moreover, the user’s manual was not included along with the device. In my view, outside damages caused due to there was no any separation between the laptop and its accessors. As the laptop was a gift for my younger brother’s birthday, it doesn’t look appropriate with the scratches. A copy of the purchase receipt is attached along with the short video showing the issues of the product.
I would appreciate it if you could arrange either a replacement or a full refund for it.
