Dear sir,

Hope this message finds you well. This is Jessica from the Los Palmas Street. I recently got my home painted by you. I wanted to inform you that the result was not up to the mark.

I vividly remember that I asked for a matte shade texture in my living area and a glossy finish in the kitchen. When I noticed after finishing the work both walls have the same texture. Also, my bedroom wall is a bit darker than the shade decided. As you can check in your records, I have paid a large amount for this contract.

This is my first house in this country and I wanted it to be perfect and according to me and my husband’s choice. I chose you because I have heard about your work a lot from my friends and family. I also loved the speed and professionalism of you company and would appreciate if you can contact me regarding the same and make appropriate changes.
