Dear Rohit,

I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the contract of floor tiles and wall paint which i have given you last week.

The particular problem which i am facing is that tiles are not properly installed. Some of them are not steady, while 3 of them are broken. This have been noticed by my friends who visited my house last night. One of my friend was fell down on the floor due to broken tile. Moreover, paint from the wall is still wet and my dog placed his hands on the wall.

This have created a lot of chaos in the house. I request you to come at my house and fix these problems as you are the contractor. Otherwise i will have to hire new contractor for makeover. This will result in wastage of money and time.
