I write with displeasure over the job your staff did at my old residence. My explanation about how the task should be done was made simple in writing, even in pictures to show you what I should be expecting at the end of the day. Unfortunately, the outcome was unprofessional.

To begin with the finishing, the painting was messy, not smooth and dull. This was not my desire. I wanted my home to have some attractive views.
