I hope you are doing well. I am writing to express my concern about the renovation work that you have done recently at my home, which has not met our satisfactory standard.
First of all, we discussed what needs to change, and we went through proper planning before starting renovation work. I found out that the furniture we selected was totally different from the one we have over here. It is not fit for our living room. Moreover, the colour material that we spoke about was Asian paint, but what I can see is that you used a cheaper brand and charged me the same price as Asian paint, which is unethical.
Because of your poor commitment to your work, it caused mental stress to our family, and I spent all my savings to renovate our house. Although when I found out about this and talked with your manager, he ignored me and did not want to talk with me. That is why I have to write this directly to you to draw your attention.
According to me, not only should you compensate me for the extra amount that I paid for the paint material that was never used at my home, but you should also change the furniture to the new one that we selected previously.
I am very disappointed with your poor workmanship, and I hope you will take possible steps to make things right.
