I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding several issues that I encountered from January 12th, 2026, to January 18th, 2026. I expected to receive better service while staying at your hotel, Paradise, receiving the highest rating on the hotel booking website, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.
I had booked a double-bed room for two people, and we were assigned the room 313, which was noisy due to the heater. Moreover, we could not get good sleep, as the bed was too firm, which made it uncomfortable for us to rest. I am disappointed that the sink and bathtub in the bathroom were not clean, and there was still a lot of garbage on the floor. We approached, and informed them of these problems; however, we did not receive any resolutions from your end, which was quite unsatisfactory.
To resolve this matter, I kindly request major changes in your service, especially regarding furniture and team training. It would be necessary to upgrade the furniture in the rooms and ensure significant hygiene before serving new customers. Furthermore, all staff should attend essential training to deal with unusual situations with customers.
I hope that these matters can be addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Thank you for your immediate attention, and I look forward to your swift resolution.
