I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding several issues that I encountered from January 12th, 2026 to January 18th, 2026. I expected to receive a better service while living your hotel, Paradise, which receives the highest star on the hotel booking website, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet those expectations.
I had booked a double bed room for two people and we entered in the room 313, which was noisy from the heater. Moreover, we could not have good sleep as the bed was too firm, which made uncomfortable for us to rest. I am disappointed as the sink and bathtub of bathroom were not clean and still had lots of garbage on the floor. We approached and informed these issues to your staff; however, we did not receive any resolutions from your end, which was quite unsatisfactory.
To resolve this matter, I kindly request major changes in your service, especially furniture and team’s training. It would be necessary to upgrade new furniture in rooms, and ensure significant hygiene before serving new customers. Furthermore, all staff might attend essential trainings to deal with unusual situations with customers.
I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly and satisfactorily. Thank you for your immediate attention and I look forward to your swift resolution.
