I am writing this letter to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding my latest order from your online shop.
Sometime on April 10, 2026, I had successfully ordered a half-face helmet from your online shop. Thereafter, on the 15th of the same month, my parcel arrived; however, after I opened and checked the package, the helmet was damaged particularly broken visor. I tried to establish contact, but your customer hotline number was unreachable at that time.
With that, I’m humbly asking your good office if it’s possible to either refund my expenses or just replace the damaged item. Furthermore, if I could suggest, please strictly monitor your personnel or any third party involve to the delivery, and advise them to handle with care the packages especially fragile products, to avoid this inconvenience to happen again.
Moreover, I’m hoping that this letter would be given enough consideration and merit, and I’m looking forward for your fast response regarding this matter.
