Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing you regarding my complaits about product that i bought last week thursday on your online shopping system. I bought telephone which is iphone 12 and the code of the product is 2153462. It came broken , all of the screen got damaged and packaging was too bad, there were no any coveradge for protection. Eighter it broked while shipping or it already broken before shipping, i wanted to contact with you first.

I want you to return product and solve my problem. This is very expensive product so, i do not accept this irresponsible situation.

I am waiting you reply immediately, please solve my problem.
