Dear manager restaurant,
I am writtinh to share my experience at yout restaurant. I have visited several times before, i appreciate a warm welcome atmosphere, friendly, good food, and comfort place to eat. The quality of service in the past made us your restaurant one of my preferred place to dine in.
However, during my most recent visit, i was quite dissapointed. The service was significantly slower than usual, and take a long time for our order to be taken and served. Also the staff give a wrong food from the menu that i had ordered.
I understand that busy period can affect service, but i believe there are a few improvements that could help prevent such issues. Ensuring better coordination among staff, especially during peak hours. And double checking order before serving them would make a big difference.
I hope you will take this feedback into consideration, as i would like to continue visiting your restaurant and enjoying the positive experience i had before.
