Based on the description and photos, I expected a comfortable and well-maintained environment suitable for a relaxing vacation.
Unfortunately, upon arrival, the room did not meet these expectations. The space was noticeably smaller than advertised, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, and the television had limited channels with poor reception. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was below standard, with visible dust and stains on the carpet and furniture. These issues significantly impacted the quality of my stay and did not reflect the standards promised at the time of booking.
To resolve this situation, I kindly request either a partial refund for the inconvenience or an upgrade to a room that meets the advertised standards. I believe this would be a fair way to restore my confidence in your establishment and ensure that future guests receive the quality experience they are promised.
