Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my disappointment with regard to the room that we booked in your hotel.
I booked a two-bedroom Deluxe Sea View expecting to see the centered view of your beach resort but upon arrival, it was not the room that was advertised on your website. The suite that was provided to us only has one room, with two double-beds which was not worth the price that I paid for. In addition, it does not have a clear view of the ocean as it was blocked by the other building in front of your hotel, thus limiting us from the view of the surroundings. Instead of spending a relaxing time, this has caused a lot of stress for me and my family due to this inconvenience.
I would really appreciate it if you could take some action regarding this matter. Furthermore, I would like to request a partial refund as we were not able to receive the inclusions that was stated on your website.
