I booked a room in your hotel via Booking.com, and unfortunately upon my arrival I learned that the room allocated for me didn’t match the details on the website. I booked a two-bedroom suite with an overlooking of the lake. It was also indicated that there is high wifi coverage in the area.
I am deeply disappointed with this as I need to have constant communication with my colleagues and family while I am traveling here for this business trip. I have also booked the room and spent more so I can relax after the long hours of work.
