I hope this letter meets you well. I’m writing to complain about the standard of the hotel room given to me during my stay at your hotel.
There were a aseries of problem with the room one of which is the quality of the tap water. The water was not white, had a brown color and equally had a bad smell.
The room was musty and dusty. The bed was not properly made. The room was equally infested with bedbugs. I woke up with marks on my body and had a terrible throat infection as a result of the poor standard of the room.
Another really worrisome observation was that the toilet did not flush properly making the bathroom to have a bad smell.
The roomservice was also notably bad. It took over 4 hours to deliver when I made an order.
As a result of these issues I encountered during my stay at your hotel, I would deeply appreciate it if I am duly compensated for inconvenience. An upgrade to a better room, preferably one with a beach view would be wonderful and a 70% discount on meals and amenties in the hotel. A free complimentary spa will also be appreciated.
