Dear rahul

Hey! I just wanted to tell you about that I will move to your city, where you live next month, so I need a room to stay in.

To begin with, i got a job there in a multinational company as a software engineer which is why I will relocate there next month. I need a private room with attached bathroom and also located near a bus stop, so I can easily commute to my work place.

Furthermore, I need your help to find me a good room with reasonable rent not to expensive or if possible, could you provide me with the contact number of any landlord because you have been living there for many years.

As a result, it will be convenient for me to find a suitable accommodation there before I move. Can you help me to get a room? Please let me know any lead would be appreciated.
