Dear Maria,

You will be glad to know that I have been selected as an irrigation officer in your town. My office is located at the government square building adjacent to the train station.

I will be joining the office within two weeks, as you’re aware, finding accommodation is a nightmare if you are not familiar with the city and the property agents. I will be glad if you can help me in finding a suitable place to live.

I really get exhausted with driving to work. I was wondering if there is an availability of rooms in the middle of town center, because my workplace is around ten minutes’ walk from there. It will help me to save the extra hours for house chores.

Actually, I am looking for a studio apartment in a building which is not more than three stories, because I still have phobia with height. Also, it will be great if it comes with balcony to have fresh air circulation.

I hope you can help me in finding accommodation.
