Dear Sir/Madam,

The purpose of this email is regarding services that your company provides. Two weeks ago, I subscribed to the organic meal delivery serives in your mobile application; however, my experince was not pleasant and did not match my expectations. First and foremost, the delivery services was one day late than estimated delviery time indicated on the mobile application. Moreover, the meal box was damaged and arised health safety concerns. The products that was wrapped with foil bags had severe stains, and when I opened the foil bag itself it was clear that the meal inside is no longer safe to consume. Besides, I have been charged extra fee for delviery service, which was not clear for me becuase on your marketing video I was under impression that it was free of charge. Please take some action to improve your delivery and packaging processes. Also, I would highly recommend to review and change your quality assurance policies.

Thank you for your cooperation and looking into this matter at your earliest convenience.

Sincerely,

Mr.Nur
