Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter for complaining about taxi service of your company. Recently, I had a bad experience with a local taxi service service last week. Actually, I have booked a taxi from Bombay to delhi on 22 August at night for attending a family function.

Unfortunately, my excitements turned into bad situations when the taxi engine was suddenly stopped working on the highway. I have asked driver to booked another taxi from his company but he shouted on me and advised to wait alone on other side of the road. It was really a bad experience in my life because I missed my brother wedding. Moreover, he ran away from the location by using lyft.

Furthermore, I tried customer service contact number for arranging another taxi but no one responded to my calls. Finally, my cousin came to picked me and saved me. I want to take strict actions against company by reporting a police complaints of company driver so that public will aware to book taxi from this company.I also need my money back with full compensation.
