I am writing to complain about the services in your five-star hotel and resort. By the way, I am Shyr Ann Joy Linezo, first time client choose to stay here.
I am just to tell my disappointed because most of the promise privileges and free use of amenities in your vacation package were not give during our stay in your hotel.
However, i am not satisfied in your services like poor airconditioner i feel heat, noisy environment, lack of amenities your provide, and delay deliver of foods.
Therefore, I will suggest to the management of your hotel they double check every amenities package before serve the client and all facilities especially the airconditioner in every room, and give the time duration to serve the foods.
