Dear Mr. J,

I am writing this letter after getting the disappointment from the local museum services. On December 24, I visited the museum and me and my friend is very excited about this tour and when we entered in the museum we found that there were some places and monuments described in the website are under maintenance. I was fully disappointed because some places like the stature of my idol Diljit Dosanjh is under the service.

But i didn’t get any kind of information about the maintenance message, mail and notice from your end. This is totally an negligence from your side and your management. Even we also fully charged back by website from where we booked the tickets. Moreover, when we entered inside the exhibition, some of staff members were also there we also talked with them regarding this issue but didn’t get any proper reply from their side.

We are not the only one who faced this situation, some other visitors also deal with this situation and i am sure you will get many complain regarding this. One last thing please refund the whole amount get off on next visit and also improved the modes of communication about closures.
