Dear sir or madam ,

The purpose of my writing today is to lodge a complain about hygiene in your inox mall that I feel quite inappropriate and unethical .

To begin with , I visited your shopping mall last weekend with my friends to unwind my stress of hectic schedule . On top of that , I was super extited to enjoy that day fully , however , unhygiene of your shopping center make my day worst .

The floor was clutter with wet sand and the handle of door was sticky ,hence ,it was difficult for me to open the door soley ,nonetheless with assistance of my friend I open it . Apart from this , in the food court area all the dine in table was filled with clutter and wasted food thus, its barrebal to find peacefull place to sit .

If you will not action soon on cleanliness than it will affect reputation of your mall in our town and might be in future no one can visit your spot .

Considering above given that aforementioned scenario based on what I have provided you today . I am pleding you start warning them for to .
