I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at your airport.
Last week, I was flying through Air Canada airline from Kelowna International Airport to Toronto Pearson Airport on 10th of July 2025 with my elder brother and son. The departure time was around 1:30 p.m. and we reached the airport before 3 hours of our flight time.
I must say that the toilets were not in progress in our terminal because those were going through re-construction progress. As my son travelled with us, he felt sudden pain in his stomach; however, using toilets were not possible for us due to construction going on there. Therefore, my 12-year-old son suffered throughout the journey.
I would like to suggest that you to build more than one washroom in same terminal which would allow us to use the other one in case of emergency. Furthermore, hire well qualified workers who repair or renovate the site in short period of time.
