Dear my friend Ann,

The reason for wrting this letter is to requiest about a travel guidbook which is used during travel in Tailand.

The first thing which should be mentioned is that I am going to travel to Tailand for a long time. You know I have never been in this town for this day.However, I am sent to workship this country from my company. Furthermore,I have n’t any friend to go there,I have to alone.So that, I need a good book in this traveling time.

In addition to what I mentioned above I could also state that This guidbook is very useful for me and it is very easy to use. I can find all information about what I want.

I hope the matter will be solved as quickly as possible and look forward to receiving your response letter soon
