Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Joseph Dauk. I am the regular reader of your newspaper. Last week, I won the competion that was published in your newspaper.

The competition was about solving the Travel Trivia in less than five minutes and itwas published on Monday on page no.5 of your newpaper.

I won the $200 dollar prize. I expected to recieve the money through cheque by Wednesday, but I have not recieved it. Moreover, I did call your newspaper company but the women on the other side of phone was unable to understand the issue. I left my number with her and I was expecting a call back, but I never recieved any call yet. So, I am writing this mail to bring this issue to your notice.

I would appreciate if you could look into this matter and take a rapid action regarding this problem.
