Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing in regard to, recently I am just came across an advertisement on the local newspaper about a project, improving economical protection. I am very interested to be a part in the project.

My name is Susan. Now I am doing PhD in Science at University college. Completed my masters in Botany. So that I have an interest or connection to the nature. Also being a responsible individual of the country I believe it’s my duty to protect our ecosystem. I am so grateful to be a big part in your team.

Moreover, I would like to be interested in planting trees in to the road side areas, along with your planings. Their is numerous spaces to plant the useful trees for the future. My residence is near to your office. So I can commute easily and can bring the available tools for this. Also some people from the near places will help the activities.

So I will be free from the next day after 4 pm. In the weekends I am available for the full day to do this project. Therefore, if any help from my side please feel free to inform me. I am eagerly waiting to work with your organization.
