Dear Neighbours,

I am writing to express my concern regarding parking space allocation and rules that have been neglected for several days.

I am Khushbu Patel, and resident of Apartment-C. I am having an inconvenience while parking my car. There is blue color SUV car which has been parking in my space for the last three days. Due to that I am not able to park my vehicle in proper place.

As we all have our own parking space and when someone buy new vehicle, it is neccesary to request cummittee members to allocate them parking area. I have a few idea to tackle this issues in near future. First of all, we can make new parking arrangement according everyone’s convennience and daily routine. secondly, the person need to pay fine who do not follow rules and regulation.

I also want to arrange small gathering this weekend so we all can discuss futher and it could be great if someone have any other posible solutions.
