Dear Neighbours,

I am writting to all of you reagrding the parking area shared by us in our apartment recently I am facing problem to park my bike every night by the time I reach from office to home it’s late in the night all are not parking in proper way where the place is allocated for everyone due to this I am not getting place for park my bike if I park my bike in other place it will be inconvenient to other persons and my might get damage to my bike or to other bikes.

My suggestion to everyone to park your bikes in proper way who is coming first park in a line so that other person will follow it and it will be very convenient to exit when we want to go out. As per our earlier meeting park your bikes in place where it has been allocated for you if your not parking properly your bikes will get damaged and there is chance of other bikes getting damaged.

This coming Sunday on 19th January 11.00 am we will have the meeting to solve this issue please attend the meeting all of you.
