Dear Neighbors,

I am writing this letter regarding several issues arising in our shared parking lot. In the past few weeks, I have noticed that there have been increasing difficulties caused by cars parked outside the designated space and blocking the access route for a long period of time. This causes inconvenience for other people to park their vehicles and also for residents entering or leaving the area smoothly.

I believe that the problems can be resolved if we work together and come to a common solution. One possible solution for everyone is to take responsibility and pay attention when parking to ensure that their vehicles are parked strictly within the marked bays and that access lanes are always kept clear. Also, we could consider introducing some simple parking guidelines in the area to raise awareness.

To further discuss about it, I suggest we should have a short meeting for all neighbors, who use this share parking area. This would give an opportunity to agree on reasonable rules that suit everyone. I suggest meeting time to be Sunday afternoon at 1:00PM at the community house in the area.
