Dear Coordinator,

I hope this email finds you well.

Firstly, I would like to say that I appreciate your work at the local community centre. I really believe your efforts in organize events for kids will impact positively their lives. Secondly, yesterday I saw an advertisement regarding a vacancy. That’s why I am contacting you. I would like to apply for this role.

I believe that I am suitable for this position because I have a degree in Physical Education. At the university I learned how to work with kids in a fun way, being respectful, and how to approach them. I think these skills may be valuable during the events.

However, I only to attend on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. These are the only days that I can confirm my presence due to my hectic routine working as a personal trainer. To be specific, on Thursdays I am free in the afternoon. Nevertheless I am free the entire day on Fridays and Saturays.
