Dear Coordinator,

I hope this email finds you well.

Firstly, I would like to say that I appreciate your work at the local community center, then you can imagine how I was excited when I saw an advertisement regarding a vacancy. This is the reason for my contact. I would like to apply for the physical educator role.

I believe that I am suitable for this position because I have a degree in Physical Education. At the university I learned how to work with kids, being respectful, and how to approach them. I strongly believe these skills may be positive during the events.

However, I am only able to attend on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. I am free during the afternoon on Thursdays, to 1p.m. to 5p.m.. On Fridays and Saturdays I am free the entire day. Since 9a.m. to 5p.m.

In addition, I am really excited to join your team. I am sure these type of events will impact positively the kids’ lives.
