Provided diagram demonstrates the way honey is made in a small commercial production.
Overall, the honey production process involves several stages, starting from bees gathering nectar and ending with putting honey in jars for selling.
To begin with, bees are gathering nectar and then deposting honey at their homes. Then they are drying it using fan wings technique and keep ceels clean as honey is there. Then human phase begins, when human seal cells with wax in order to gather the honey combs. These honey combs are then pressured, so the honey comes out.
After the honey is gained, it is put into sump tank, where the nohey is heated to 45-50 degrees Celcium and then it pours into sieve tank which removes the remaining dirt from the honey. It then remains in the settling tank for about 2 to 4 days and at the end put into jars. These jars are then delivered to customers.
