The diagram below demonstrates how honey is produced in small-scale commercial production.
In general, there eight stages of honey production started with bees gathering the nectar, gathering honey combs, and finally going to be shipped worldwidely. The process is still through half of human phase and machines. However, humans are still handling the general production.
In the first stage, the bees are gathered in flowers in order to absorb the nectar. Afterwards, the bees fly into their honey combs, which are the places for depositing honey. The depositing honey is a place to restore all of the bees honey that moved into their honey combs. Next, the honey combs are prepared to be dry with the fan wings. After the honey combs are dried the next step is sterilise the honey combs. To sterilize the honey combs, it uses seal cells with tax. Subsequently, the honeycombs are gathered in one place to get prepared for pressing combs machines to produce honey. The honey is placed inside of pressing combs that destroy the honey combs into a liquid.
After the pressing methods, the honey moved into a big sum tank that heated in 45 – 50 celsius in order to get the best textures of honey. Afterwards, the honey proceeds through a sieve tank machine that plays a crucial role in removing dirt and insects inside of the honey. Next, the settling tank sets the honey in about 2-4 days to the jars. Finally, the honey is packed exquisitely and ready to be sent for the customers.
