The picture illustrates the process by which honey is made in small-scale commercial production.
Overall, there are two main stages involved in the process, beginning with the gathering of nectar and ending with the selling of honey.
First, the insects gather the nectar from various flowers. Then they go back to their hive to deposit. Within the hive, some bees dry honey with their wings as fans and keep the cells clean.
In the second stage, the human starts by gathering honeycombs which seal cells with wax. They immediately put the honeycombs into the pressing machine to efficiently extract the honey which is poured into a sump tank for heating at around 45–50C. After heating, the honey is transferred to a sieve tank to remove impurities before being placed in a settling tank for 2-4 days. Finally, the honey is packed in jars and delivered to customers.
