The minority of adults wanted to be able to switch professions and meet new people. However, the costs of courses should be shared among individuals (major part), workers (medium part), and taxpayers (minor part).
According to the chart, percentages of the students who interested in curriculum and gaining qualifications are 40% and 38%, 22% for the learners who want to be beneficial for the current job; 20% of them enjoys learning, and improves prospects of promotion. The amount of students who want to change their job is 12%, who want to meet peers is 9%.
