Dear Pat,

How are you these days? We haven’t seen each other for a long time. I hope everything goes well with you. I’m writing this letter to talk about your vacation. Honestly, I’m glad when I got the news. I would love to invite you to the city where I live, Hanoi. At this time, the weather here is very pleasant with the cool air of autumn. People in Hanoi are also very friendly and hospitable. Besides, I think you should try the food here. People say the food in Hanoi is the best in Vietnam. By the way, my house has an empty room. I would be very happy if you could come and stay with me during your vacation. We will have more time to hang out and talk to each other. I also want to practice more English with you.
