Overall, the floor has undergone changes from originally being an office to an apartment and currently being a flower shop.One particular remark about the changes is that the kitchen space at the corner of the room has maintained its position over the entire period of renovations.

To begin with, from 1958 to 1984 the floor used to be an office that consisted of several rooms for the manager, secretary and also the assistants. A meeting room was also included at the corner opposite the kitchen. A toilet and reception area was also constructed towards the entrance of the floor. Consequently change occured from 1985 and all structures excluding the kitchen were brought down and replaced with two bedrooms, a shower and a sitting room in what became an apartment.

Additionally, the apartment stood till 2001 before being converted into a flower shop. Both bedrooms were replaced by an office and flowers, the living room was demolished and in its place a gift card shop and flowers were fitted. Bathroom and shower was replaced by a play area.
