The layout shows how the ground floor of a specific construction has developed over years.
There are three concrete blueprints that show the transformation of the ground floor throughout the time. The first scheme displays the structure of the lower floor from 1958 until 1984. It is clear that the initial purpose of the entrance floor was designed to be an office. It includes four key rooms, with the biggest one being the manager’s office, a kitchen, a toilet, and the reception area.
The second plan presents the arrangement of the ground floor from the year 1985 to 2000. The main function of the first floor has elevated from an office to an apartment. There has been a slight decrease in the number of the main rooms, leaving a total of three. The placement of the kitchen and the toilet, however, stayed the same.
The third concept illustrates the layout of the ground floor from 2001 to the present day. The main function of the floor has been shifted to a flower shop. The number of the primary rooms reduced significantly. The kitchen is the only area that has remained unchanged. An office was reintroduced in the same location it occupied between 1958 and 1984.
Overall, the structure has undergone several phases, starting as an office and eventually becoming a flower shop.
