Dear Mr Smith,
As a loyal employee of your company, I am writing this letter to request you to decrease the labour hours.
It is because, I am planning to join a part time course that accounts about five to eight hours in the morning. So it find difficult for me to work in the heavy morning hours.
I would like to work continuously after evening 3’O clock as my classes will be completed, so that I could have uninterrupted working hours. Additionally, I would like to work in holidays because I will be free on that days to catch up my pending works if any.
Hence I am joining for newer designer programme, I would like to say that it would be beneficial for our companies participation in the upcoming designer competition.
I look forward to receiving your permission to reduce my morning working hours.
Kind Regards,
Alex kurian
