Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope this letter finds you well.
I am writing this letter to inform you that I have forgotten an important
document at your hotel, while attending a conference meeting last Monday, 12 May 2024.
To begin with, I booked a room online. My room number was 14 which was located on the second floor. I checked in on the 12th and checked out on the 14th of May. First of all, I think I had left them in the safety disposit box when leaving the hotel. The documents are in a blue A4 envelope with my name and initials on it.
Furthermore, the papers are very important to me because they contain my client’s/company’s conditional information and a report on the topics discussed at the meeting. I cannot afford to let anyone see or get these papers because I could lose my job and may get sued by the company.
Lastly, I would greatly appreciate it if you and your employees could seek after the document and give me a call as soon as it is found. Additionally may you please ensure it is sealed before handing it to the post-service/courier service which I will organise.
I hope I can hear from you soon and thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Sabina A.
