Overall, On on one hand hand, the number of houses being built in Derby have seen a significant amount of increase over the provided time period. While on the other hand the sum of houses being errected erected in Nottingham have increases and decreased, meaning there is a fluctuation in the chart.
In the year 2000, About about 50 houses were constructed in Derby. There was very little difference in 2001. Later in 2003, there was a growth in the number of houses houses, from 50 to just over 100 houses. This trend was constant till 2007. In 2008 2008, the aggregate of housings built saw a dramatic increase. The number incremented from little over 100 to slightly below 300.
