Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to register a complaint against my recent order for a cricket bat, which I bought from your website during the recent festival sale. The package when I received did not have any damage, and the quality of the bat when I opened it out of the package looked good. However, once I started using it, I could hear a squeaking noise from the handle and it is only getting worse.

As the equipment looked good out of the box, I thought of using it during my practice session, but the constant weird sound when I hit the ball every time, prohibited me. As I did not want to break it before I could return it, I stopped using the bat and could not take any further part in the practice.

Considering that it is a manufacturing defect, not only I would like a replacement but the new product needs to be quality checked before dispatching it for delivery.
