I am very happy when I hear that you will visit my city. However, I’m terribly sorry to say that I am not able to meet you at the airport.

I have an important appointment in that day, so I can’t go to the airport. As you know, I am new employee, I have prepare documentary and discuss about new commercial plan.

In order that you won’t have any difficulty coming to my house, I will give you password to you into house. My parent will guide you, take you around the city. Then, I will meet you as soon as I end the conferrence.
