Firstly, corn is collected for ethanol fuel production, and it is then stored. This is the second step of the process. After storing the corn, it is milled, and then the main step begins: cooking for four hours while mixing with normal water. When the cooking process is complete, the mixture is fermented for 48 hours. Thirdly, this fermentation is followed by a separation step where the main liquid is extracted from the mixture.

Starting with the liquid, solid production begins. The main liquid requires five hours for purifying the ethanol, and then the production process ends, and the ethanol fuel is stored. Lastly, the ethanol fuel is ready for transport.
