Upon closer inspection, in 1960 the proportion of food stood at 9 and this way followed by a stead increase. from 1960 to 1980 the percentage rise from 9 to 15. In 2000, it reached about 17 percent.
In stark contrast, the percentage of energy was 5 and dramaicly declain to 1, while transport decrease steadily between 1960 and 1990, and sharply fall to about 3 percent in 2000. The proportion of spent on leisure dipped for 9 percent during the period. In 1960, food expenditure accounted for the largest percentage, but experienced a considerably decrease from 32 percent in 1980, to 15 percent in 2000.
