Following this, the third step involves the cutting of these sheets into strips, which moved onto a conveyor belt. In the fifth step, the strips are then shaped into noodles discs. After that, these discs undergo cooking in oil, followed by a drying phase to remove excess moisture. To improve the flavor, the vegetables and spices are put into cups.
