The given bar chart demonstrates the number of British people who migrated to various countries in the time span of 4 years.
To begin with, it is clearly visible from the given chart that Australia had the highest number of British immigrants. Starting from 45000, this percentage inclined to 46000 in the year 2007, followed by a steady growth of 52000 in the year 2008. Furthermore, Canada which comes second in this list had witnessed 35000 immigrants in 2006 and 2007. However, this ratio declined to almost 28000 in the period of last two years.
However, Germany and USA are showing the similar ratio. Started with 22000 immigrants in both Germany and USA, the number of British foreigners in USA was just raised by 1000 more and declined to 20000 in Germany in 2008. Greece however seems a least immigrant friendly country. Started with only 12000 new comers in 2006 it rose sharply to 35000 in next year followed by a great reduction of 11000 in the year 2008.
To conclude, it is clearly visible that British citizens mainly wanted to migrate in Australia more rather than any other country.
